News Yamaha Stryker Chopper Styles - H26FUPWGVECM
Intended to complement Star’s successful big-inch Raider motorcycle, the 2011 Star Stryker features the same aggressive custom attitude with a more manageable motor. The engine on the Stryker is a 1304cc liquid=cooled 60° V-twin, with a bore of 100mm and a stroke of 83mm. The four-valve heads have a compression ratio of 9.5:1 and use overhead cams.
The liners are ceramic composite housing forged pistons, and dual 40mm throttle bodies with 12-hold nozzles deliver the air-fuel mixture. The 2011 Star Stryker’s double cradle frame is steel with the dual-counterbalanced motor rigidly mounted as a stressed member. The seat height is 26.4″ for a sit-in motorcycle riding position. The 6° steering yoke giving the forks a distinctive 40° rake, and the weight bias is 45% front and 55% rear. The Stryker has 41mm forks and a well-hidden linkage-assisted single rear shock.
Cast aluminum five-spoke wheels are used on the Stryker, with a 210 rear on an 18″ rim, and a 21″ front with a 120 mounted. The wheels are also the same dimensions as the custom-look Raider motorcycle. A single 320mm front disc is used up front, in addition to a 310mm rear brake. A belt-drive is used to transmit power from the five-speed transmission. Over 60 motorcycle accessories will be available from Star for the Stryker, including windshields, leather saddlebags, additional lighting, custom wheels, backrests, chrome and guards. Steel fenders are stock to facilitate customizers. MSRP for the 2011 Star Stryker motorcycle begins at $10,990, and the three available colors are Raven, Impact Blue and Reddish Copper.

New Otomotif KTM 125 Duke
KTM Duke 125cc four-stroke based learner street bike, KTM has shockingly come to the conclusion that it should stick to its Duke nomenclature. Schedule to be the 2011 KTM 125 Duke, KTM debuted the concepts at the 2009 EICMA show in Milan. KTM’s plan is to engage young riders with the “Ready to Race” mantra, making them lifetime Team Orange riders with this stepping-stone model.
With a sporty street bike and a stunter variant, KTM hopes the pair of bikes will resonate well with actual mischievous teenagers, just as its done successfully with adults who have a healthy go-fast inner-child residing inside them.
Look for the 2011 KTM 125 Duke to hit shops in Europe sometime in March, and hit shops in the United States in…well…never. Let KTM USA know how much fun a KTM 350/450 Duke would be in the comments section, and check out the photos and video of the KTM 125 Duke after the jump.

Moto Guzzi V12 Strada Concept Bike
Flyscreen: included in order to mimic the shape of a traditional motorcycle headlamp, but then corrupted by the tiny LEDs hiding behind it. Oil Coolers: there’s actually two oil coolers and a rectifier hidden behind the screen. The screen is open on the sides, allowing cooling air to reach the coolers. Suspension: like the Strada it’s all current production spec stuff, indicating these two are very production-realistic.Brake Lines: routed through the bars, then behind the headstock for a clean, simple look.
Pillion Seat: reminiscent of the rear wing on the Le Mans and the Strada, it’s neat to see this shape interpreted into something more practical while providing a clear visual link between the trio.Footpegs: check out the pillion pegs, they’re mounted to the swingarm via a parallelogram linkage that isolates them from the swingarm’s movement. Complicated, but it eliminates the huge, ugly peg hangers. LCD Screens: fold flat when the bike is off, then rotate open when you turn it on.Centerstand: look closely and you can see the front-hinged centerstand wrapping around the sump, just like the Strada.
Frame: made from rotational moulding nylon polymer, like the Le Mans and Strada. Tank/Seat Unit: this hinges at the front and opens via remote control, like the Le Mans and Strada.Heat Sinks: the finned metal sections on the sides of the engine aren’t oil coolers, their heat sinks just like you’ll find on your computer and on the Le Mans and Strada.Rearview Cameras: Pierre says these are 100 percent production feasible with a reasonable cost, like the Le Mans.Filler Cap/Start Button: the big aluminum disc on the tank is the filler cap, the smaller one is the push-button starter.

Picture Aprilia
